We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your booking: your name, phone number and email address, the date, type and location of your event, and anything you choose to tell us in a form, a message or a booking form.
We use it to reply to you, quote, plan and play your event, and keep our booking records. We never sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
2. Where it is kept
Enquiries sent through this website are stored in a secure database hosted in London and emailed to us through an email delivery service. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Each of these providers only handles your data to provide their service to us.
If you leave an email address on a form, you receive a copy of what you sent.
3. How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for your booking and for as long as the law requires for business tax and insurance records.
If you booked a yearly event, such as a birthday or an annual work do, we may contact you before the same date next year. Tell us at any time and we will stop.
4. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it completely, at any time. Email djsimeentertainments@gmail.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
5. Security
This website is served over a secure connection, the database is password protected, and only DJ Sime and his website provider can sign in to see your enquiry.
